Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz Halibut Fillets
  • 4 Tbsp softened Butter plus 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • Juice of 1 lemon about 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • Sea Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Parsley and Lemon optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the halibut fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread 4 tablespoons of softened butter evenly on the top of each halibut fillet.
  4. Sprinkle the lemon juice evenly over each halibut fillet.
  5. Add the almond flour to the top of the halibut fillets and then bake for 15-18 minutes, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve with melted butter and add optional garnish of chopped parsley and lemon.
