In a medium bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking powder, flaxseed meal, hemp protein powder, blueberries, coconut and almond meal; set aside. Mix together the sugar, vanilla, oil and water. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and stir to combine. Place batter in a greased 9 X 13 inch pan and pat down. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cut into bars. Makes 16 bars.
