These delectable Multi Grain Waffles are so easy to make, and incredibly delicious! Whole wheat flour, flaxseed meal and corn flour provide taste, texture and nutrition.
In a small bowl, combine flours and flaxseed meal. Add baking powder, sea salt and baking soda. In a medium bowl, mix together yogurt, oil, egg, honey and vanilla extract. Using a whisk, slowly blend the dry ingredients into the liquid until well mixed.
Preheat your waffle iron to medium high. Lightly oil waffle iron, then pour mixture into the iron, making sure to spread close to the sides. Cook the waffle until it almost stops steaming, up to 10 minutes, or until waffle iron signals the waffle is done.
