Vanilla PB&J Smoothie

Its peanut butter, jelly time! Or at least, peanut butter, jelly, smoothie time. This smoothie recipe is so simple, youll probably wonder where its been all your life. It starts with our Vanilla Protein Powder Nutritional Booster, blended with milk, a hefty dollop of peanut butter, and fresh or frozen strawberries. Blend with ice until smooth and serve with thinly sliced strawberries for garnish. This smoothie is packed with fiber, iron, and protein, as well as 240 mg of omega-3s, and its a perfect breakfast, lunch, or dinner replacement for anyone, especially those who experience dietary sensitivities to things like soy, grain, or gluten. Not to mention, its very filling and tastes so good, even the kids will love it!

Orange Juiciest Smoothie

Who knew orange and vanilla mixed so well together? This orange juice and vanilla drink is almost like an orange creamsicle, except (of course) its a smoothie. It blends our Vanilla Protein Powder Nutritional Booster with tangy orange juice and creamy vanilla yogurt. Just add ice and process until smooth and frothy. Because of the protein powder, this smoothie gives you 240 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, loads of fiber and iron, as well as a healthy portion of protein that keeps you feeling full and energized for hours. You can garnish it with thinly sliced wedges of orange and even add a tiny sprinkle of cinnamon to the top for a little extra pizazz.

Tropical Breeze Smoothie

This tasty vegan smoothie brings a little tropical breeze into your life, with added hints of vanilla. Not only is it loaded with fiber and protein, it also packs the same nutritional punch as the last recipe, offering 240 mg of omega-3s per serving, plus lots of iron, which is essential in supporting a healthy body. To make this smoothie, blend Vanilla Protein Powder Nutritional Booster with pineapple juice and fresh or frozen chunks of tropical mango, along with a banana and about a half a cup of light coconut milk. Process all the ingredients together until well-blended, then pour into a tall, chilled glass and enjoy. You can garnish this smoothie with extra slices of mango or slices or pineapple if you prefer to jazz it up even more, or you can try a more adult version and add a splash or two of rum. Just dont forget that tiny umbrella!

Peaches and Greens Smoothie

This is another take on a vanilla smoothie with nutritional power, largely due to the sneaky addition of fresh spinach. Just blend our Vanilla Protein Powder Nutritional Booster with milk, vanilla yogurt, fresh spinach, and fresh or frozen sliced peaches until smooth and creamy. Youll be so bowled over by the sweet peach and vanilla flavors, you wont even be able to tell youre eating your veggies, too. This recipe is great for people with gluten, grain, or soy sensitivities, and like the previous smoothies, it contains a whopping 240 mg of omega-3s, oodles of iron, gut-healthy fiber, and muscle-loving protein. There you have it. Four cool and refreshing vanilla-flavored smoothie recipes you simply wont be able to get enough of. Not only do they taste amazing, they are nutritious and filling. the protein powders are too pricey for me but i cook some quinoa...add a spoon or two of those high impact nutritional grains to my smoothies...makes a surprising difference in energy! would quinoa flour work the same in the drinks?

Hi Diane - that's not something we've tested. Quinoa Flour is not cooked and would probably add a different texture. I would suggest sticking with adding the cooked quinoa to your smoothies! :)
