When Bob Moore and his wife, Charlee, founded Bob’s Red Mill in 1978, they had a mission to create a company that would bring wholesome food to the world, and provide their employees with financial stability and a feeling of pride in their work. It’s a legacy we’re proud to uphold to this day!
We’re able to operate this way thanks to Bob himself. Although he had plenty of corporations offer to buy him out, Bob chose to create an Employee Ownership Stock Plan (ESOP) in 2010, making everyone an employee owner. Today, we’re 100% employee owned. We’re in this together, and we know that our daily work is a big part of our shared success!
