In your bowl you’ll find ingredients like almonds, raisins, cranberries, cherries, coconut flakes and blueberries, as well as sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax and hemp seeds, wheat, rye, barley, oats, triticale, sorghum and kasha!
