Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks Unsalted Butter slightly cool, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 stick Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Thick Rolled Oats or Gluten Free Thick Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 3 cups Fresh Berries mixed berries or a single type of berry

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add the chunks of butter, brown sugar, almond flour and oats to a large bowl. Using a pastry knife, cut in the butter until it is the size of rice. Set aside.
  3. Pour melted butter into the bottom of a 9 x 6-inch casserole dish, then evenly spread berries over top.
  4. Sprinkle oatmeal and almond flour mixture over the berries until they are completely covered.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until browned on top. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
