Ingredients

  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup Apple Juice or Milk
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Arrowroot Starch
  • 1/4 cup Organic Amaranth Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat egg. Then beat in juice and oil.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to egg mixture one by one, beating after each addition.
  3. Heat griddle to medium high and cook until bubbly; turn and cook until done.



    Makes 10 - 3 inch pancakes.
