Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly oil a 9 x 13-inch baking pan; set aside.
Stir together the cooked rice, apples, sugar and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Set aside.
In a small bowl mix cinnamon, salt, rice flour, oats and brown sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over rice-apple mixture. Top with almonds and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
