Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
or Organic Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
Wet Ingredients
1/2 cup
Soy Milk
1/3 cup
Honey
1
Egg
beaten
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
3
Bananas
medium-sized, mashed
Topping
1/3 cup
Brown Sugar
packed
3 Tbsp
Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup
Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together dry ingredients. In a medium bowl, mix together wet ingredients. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until combined. Pour into greased 8x8x2 inch baking pan.
Mix topping ingredients together until crumbly. Evenly sprinkle over batter. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350°F or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
