Stovetop
  1. Bring water and salt to a boil. Slowly whisk in cereal, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes.
Multi-Cooker
  1. Combine 3 cups water, ½ tsp salt and 1 cup cereal in the pot of a multi-cooker. Cover and set the valve to sealing. On manual setting and high pressure, set for 2–3 minutes. Natural release the pressure for 10 minutes. Stir well and serve.
Microwave
  1. Combine ¼ cup cereal, ¾ cup water and a pinch of salt in a microwave safe bowl. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let stand for 2 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
