  • 2-1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tsp Vanilla or Citrus juice (lemon and/or orange)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Wisk together eggs, water and oil in medium size bowl. Add the mix and mix again until smooth. Fold 2 cups of berries slowly in.
  3. Divide batter evenly among flower-shaped pans or muffin pans. Bake for about 30 minutes until tester comes out clean and edges are lightly brown.
  4. Dip into vanilla or citrus glaze when cool.
