When I bought the Low-Carb Baking Mix I really wanted to make some biscuits with it. So I decided to experiment with it. This recipe was not tested by Bob's Red Mill.

Ingredients
1/4 cup
Low-Carb Baking Mix
1 Tbsp
Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp
Milk
1 dash
Salt
Instructions
Melt the butter in a 1 cup microwave safe bowl in short 10 second intervals until completely melted.
Add salt and baking mix.
Add milk and stir; the baking mix should completely incorporate into a dough that should be slightly stiff and in no way runny.
Spray a baking sheet/tray with a spot of nonstick spray and drop the dough on top, shape as you like.
