Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups Old Country Style Muesli
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour or Organic Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • ⅓ cup Evaporated Cane Sugar
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ cup Chopped Walnuts
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 7 x 11-inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside. Mix together wet ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients and spread into prepared baking pan.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Cool about 10 minutes.
  5. Using the foil as handles, lift the bars out of the pan and place on a wire rack to finish cooling. Cut into 15 bars.
