Carrots
trimmed, peeled, and cut into 2" sticks
2 Tbsp
Brown Sugar
1/4 cup
Orange Juice
Salt and Pepper
to taste
2 Tbsp
Chopped Fresh Parsley
Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
Add carrots, brown sugar and orange juice. Cover and cook until tender, about 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
