cookie cutters
to create different shapes along with a squeeze bottle for the batter
Instructions
Heat a griddle to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.)
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, honey, vanilla, oil and milk.
Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
Pour batter into a squeeze bottle. This is what makes creating shapes easy! If you don’t have a squeeze bottle, you can also use a measuring cup with a spout, making it easy for pouring.
Make sure griddle is sprayed with oil before pouring batter on.
To create the shapes, place the cookie cutter on the griddle. Using the squeeze bottle, pour the batter so that it covers the bottom of the cookie cutter. Leave the cookie cutter on the griddle for another 10 seconds. Once the batter is starting to set, remove the cookie cutter.
Flip the pancakes when they begin to puff and the edges become slightly brown. About 3 minutes on each side.
When they’re done on each side, let cool and then serve!
