Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 4 x 6-inch baking pan, set aside.
  2. Sift all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl; add egg and milk and mix well.
  3. Stir in grated carrots.
  4. Pour batter into prepared baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool before slicing.
