These savory, gluten free Cheese Crisp Crackers pair perfectly with dips, jams and charcuterie. They're also wonderful all on their own as a portable and delicious snack.
Preheat oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place all ingredients (including flaxseeds, if using) except large flake sea salt in a food processor and blend until a dough forms, about 1 minute.
Place dough on a floured work surface or between two pieces of parchment paper. Roll to about 1/8-inch thickness then cut into 1 1/2-inch squares. Sprinkle with large flake sea salt as desired.
Transfer crackers to the prepared baking sheet. Bake until browned and crisp, 20-30 minutes, rotating halfway through. Let cool before serving. Store in an airtight container.
