Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Unsalted Butter melted (or oil)
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Evaporated Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Organic Coconut Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F; oil a 9x9-inch pan and set aside.
  2. Combine oil or melted butter with cocoa in a large bowl. Let cool if still warm.
  3. Add eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla to the cocoa mixture. Whisk in coconut flour until there are no lumps.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 30 mins.
