Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8 x 8-inch square pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, water, and sour cream. Beat until well blended. Add in cornbread mix, butter, and corn. Stir until just combined. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350°F for 40–50 minutes, until a tester inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
