Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Almond Protein Powder (25 g)
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast (15 g)
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp Cumin
  • Pinch of Dry Mustard Powder
  • Pinch of Paprika
  • Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • ¼-½ cup Water
  • Fajita Seasoning, optional garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the almond protein powder, nutritional yeast, kosher salt, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, dry mustard, paprika and black pepper together.
  2. Next add lime juice and ¼ cup of water. Whisk well. If needed, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you reach your desired creamy texture.
  3. Heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute in the microwave if you wish to serve warm.
