Warning: this savory granola is addictive! Made with our whole grain rolled oats and all spices and seeds of everything bagel seasoning, it's absolutely delicious on avocado toast, bagels with cream cheese, eggs, grains bowls or even salads. Keep a jar on hand whenever you need some crunchy goodness.

Vinegar (white wine, rice, or sherry vinegar are great)

Poppy Seeds

Sesame Seeds (white, black, or a combination)
1 Tbsp
Nigella Seeds
2 tsp
Caraway Seeds
2 tsp
dried Minced Garlic
1 tsp
coarse ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl combine maple syrup, oil, egg white, mustard, vinegar and salt. Whisk until well combined and slightly frothy.
Add oats, seeds, garlic and black pepper and mix until fully coated.
Spread out onto the baking sheet in an even layer and toast in the oven for 30–40 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant. Stir every 5–10 minutes with a spoon or spatula to ensure it bakes evenly.
Allow to completely cool before using and store in a glass jar or an airtight container. The oat topping will keep for several weeks at room temperature.
