Frozen Protein Yogurt Bites

These frozen yogurt bites are perfect for summer! A great alternative to ice cream, they're quick and easy to make and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. With a chocolate-strawberry flavor, these make the perfect mini nutritious snack. Recipe courtesy of Mira from Cooking LSL.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Milk or milk substitute of your choice
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup Almond Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 cups Strawberries frozen
  • 2 Tbsp Water optional if needed
  • 2 tsp Honey (or sweetener of choice)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into ice cube tray or food safe rubber molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  3. Remove bites from the mold and place in a freezer safe bag or container. Do not store bites in the molds for more than a day as this may cause them to dry out.
  4. Store in the freezer and enjoy frozen.
