Instructions

  1. Lightly mix eggs, water, cider vinegar and canola oil. Combine tapioca starch, potato starch, oat flour, sea salt, xanthan gum, sugar, milk powder, muesli, and dry fruit.
  2. Add ingredients according to your bread machine instructions. Typically, add the wet ingredients first, followed by the dry, then the yeast.
  3. Bake on the gluten free bread setting, if available, or on the white bread/light crust setting.



    Makes 1 loaf (about 16 servings).
