or 1 Tbsp Gluten Free Egg Replacer mixed with 2 Tbsp Water
1/4 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp
Pumpkin Pie Spice
2 Tbsp
Milk
or Creamer of your choice
¼ tsp
Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined. Scoop about 2 tablespoons worth on a parchment-lined baking sheet. No need to put too much space between them, since they don't spread.
Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour or overnight. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
