This rich, creamy, meaty sausage gravy is the perfect comfort food! Made with Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour and perfect to pour over biscuits made with our Gluten Free Biscuit & Baking Mix.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the sausage and brown until no longer pink.
In a small bowl, combine 1 cup milk and flour. Whisk until no lumps remain. Pour milk mixture into the sausage, stirring well. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to the skillet. Cook, stirring, for 2-5 minutes, or until the mixture thickens. Add extra milk ¼ cup at a time if needed to achieve a gravy consistency.
Adjust seasoning as needed. Serve over warm biscuits.
