Instructions
Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 325°F.
In a medium bowl, mix together brownie mix, 3 eggs and melted coconut oil until well combined. In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, coconut sugar and remaining egg until no lumps of cream cheese remain.
Pour brownie mixture into prepared baking dish, reserving ½ cup for topping. Next, pour cream cheese mixture on top of the brownie batter, smoothing with an offset spatula.
Spoon remaining brownie mixture by the tablespoonful all over the cream cheese mixture. Draw knife through the pan in four wavy lines horizontally, then vertically, to create a swirl design.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until cream cheese mixture is just set. Let cool for at least 30 minutes, then slice and serve.
