Ingredients

  • 1 package Grain Free Flatbread Mix (200 g)
  • 2 Eggs (100 g)
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil (60 mL)
  • ¼ cup Water (60 mL)
  • ¼ cup roasted Garlic (50 g, about 1 head)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Generously oil a standard muffin tin without liners.
  2. Combine flatbread mix, eggs, oil and water in a bowl and mix until well combined. Add roasted garlic and mix to distribute.
  3. Scoop out 1 tablespoon batter and, using wet hands, shape into a ball and smooth the exterior. Place in prepared muffin cup, then repeat so that each muffin cup holds three scoops of batter (for a total of 6 rolls).
  4. Bake until light golden-brown, about 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before unmolding and serving.
