Preheat oven to 400°F. Generously oil a standard muffin tin without liners.
Combine flatbread mix, eggs, oil and water in a bowl and mix until well combined. Add roasted garlic and mix to distribute.
Scoop out 1 tablespoon batter and, using wet hands, shape into a ball and smooth the exterior. Place in prepared muffin cup, then repeat so that each muffin cup holds three scoops of batter (for a total of 6 rolls).
Bake until light golden-brown, about 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before unmolding and serving.
