Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl, adding 1–2 additional tablespoons of water if needed to create a pourable batter.
  3. Ladle about ¼ cup batter into hot pan and swirl to spread. Let cook until bubbles form and the batter begins to set, about 3 minutes.
  4. Flip wrap and cook for 1–2 minutes more, until set and dry. Repeat with remaining batter.
  5. Let cool, then serve immediately, or store wrapped and chilled for up to 2 days.
