Herb and Ollie (Olive Oil) Popcorn

This flavorful, crispy popcorn is made with just four simple ingredients: White Popcorn, olive oil, Herbes de Provence (a blend of dried herbs popular in French and Mediterranean cuisine) and salt!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup White Popcorn (50 g)
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Herbes de Provence
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot with a lid, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add popcorn kernels and cover.
  2. Shake the pot frequently while popcorn pops, until there are 3 seconds between pops.
  3. Remove popcorn from heat and sprinkle with Herbes de Provence. Season with salt to taste.
