Ingredients
1 ½ cups cooked
Chickpeas
(246 g)
2 Tbsp
Olive Oil
(30 g)

cloves Garlic, minced
(10 g)
1 tsp
Kosher Salt
(6 g)
¼ tsp
Red Pepper Flakes
2 tsp
Lemon Juice
(10 g)
Instructions
In a bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, minced garlic, salt and red pepper flakes. Use a fork to mix together and lightly smash half of the chickpeas.
Heat a medium pan over medium heat and add chickpeas. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
Return beans to the bowl and toss with lemon juice.
