This incredibly delicious grain bowl starts with our whole grain sorghum and is topped with fresh veggies, garbanzo beans, kalamata olives and more. Perfect for an al fresco feast!
Rinse sorghum and place in a pot with water. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for 50-60 minutes, or until tender. Drain excess water and set aside.
Divide cooked sorghum between two large bowls and top with arugula, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta cheese and cilantro.
