Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a muffin pan.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together, except for Xylitol and set aside.
  3. Incorporate wet ingredients with Xylitol using a whisk, and mix together. Fold mixed berries at the end.
  4. For the streusel, mix all your ingredients with your hands in a small bowl.
  5. Scoop your muffin batter into lined up muffin pan and sprinkle the streusel on the top.
  6. Bake for 28 minutes, checking to see if a toothpick comes out clean.
