No Bake Key Lime Pie Energy Bites

These easy to make energy bites are perfect for summer road trips and you only need 5 ingredients! A great little snack to fuel all of your summer adventures. If you can’t, for some reason, find key lime juice or key limes, you can use regular limes. Ingredients

  • 15 Medjool Dates pitted and soaked in water for about 10 minutes
  • ½ cup Almonds raw
  • 3 Tbsp Almond Protein Powder
  • 3-4 Tbsp Key Lime Juice or 1-2 tablespoons regular lime juice (depending on desired strength of lime flavor
  • 1 ½ tsp Honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a dough-like mixture forms. Form into twelve 1-inch bites by hand.
