Instructions

  1. Whisk together the flour and Xanthan Gum to combine.  Add the egg and water and mix well.  Turn out the dough and knead until smooth.  Divide the dough in half, roll it out and cut as desired.  To dry the noodles, hang and let sit overnight.  Makes 4 servings.
