This simple recipe for overnight oats uses our fantastic Gluten Free or Organic Oatmeal Cups and our Almond Protein Powder. We've included some of our favorite variations, below!

Ingredients

Variation: Zucchini Bread
  • 1 Organic Classic Oatmeal Cup or Bob's Red Mill® Oatmeal Cup of your choice
  • ⅓ cup Almond Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup shredded Zucchini
  • Milk or Milk Alternative to fill cup to line
  • 1 ½ tsp Honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Vanilla Yogurt; for topping
Variation: Carrot Cake
  • 1 Organic Classic Oatmeal Cup or Bob's Red Mill® Oatmeal Cup of your choice
  • ⅓ cup Almond Protein Powder
  • ¼ cup Shredded Carrot
  • 2 Tbsp Raisins
  • 1 ½ tsp Honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • Milk or Milk Alternative to fill cup to line
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp Ground Ginger
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Vanilla Yogurt; for topping

Instructions

  1. Open oatmeal cup and stir in protein powder and any ingredients listed before "milk." Add milk of choice to fill line and stir in remaining ingredients (except toppings).
  2. Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight. Add toppings, if desired, and enjoy!
