If you’re following a paleo diet, or looking to get creative with your pizza night, try our favorite recipe for Paleo Pizza Crust This delicious Paleo Pizza Crust is easy to make and can be topped with all your favorite meats, veggies and sauces. We like to top our tasty pizza dough with dairy-free pesto, grilled yellow squash and cherry tomatoes. For a smoky, salty kick, feel free to add some pancetta! For those who are purists at heart, top your pizza dough with a homemade marinara sauce, cheese, olive oil and dried oregano. All you need to bring our paleo pizza dough to life, is salt, baking soda, eggs, water, oil and our Paleo Baking Flour, of course! In a small bowl, combine Paleo Baking Flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, water and oil. Add flour blend and mix, then let your paleo pizza dough rest for 5 minutes. Roll your dough and shape it between two pieces of oiled parchment paper then discard it, and slide your paleo pizza dough onto a baking sheet or pizza pan.  After baking for 7 minutes, remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings, then bake for an additional 5-7 minutes. If you’d like a crispy finish, turn your heat to 400°F for the last 5 minutes! When it comes to your pizza sauce, go for a classic marinara sauce or a bright pesto. To really bump up the flavor with your toppings, try adding goat cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, vegetables or your favorite meats. However you choose to decorate your paleo pizza crust, we’re certain you’ll love it as much as we do.   1. Preheat oven to 350°F and set aside a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Paleo Baking Flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, water and oil. Add flour blend and mix thoroughly. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Roll out and shape dough between two pieces of oiled parchment paper. Remove and discard top piece of parchment and slide bottom parchment and crust onto the baking sheet or pizza pan.
  4. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and add your favorite toppings, then bake for an additional 5–7 minutes. Increase the heat to 400°F for the last 5 minutes for a well-done finish.
  5. Makes one 10-inch round pizza crust.
