Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oat Bars

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oat Bars

This back to school season, I’m all about keeping things simple. When I prepare with easy meals, I find I’m much less stressed out in the day to day grind that the new schedule brings. One of my family’s favorite make ahead breakfasts and lunch time snacks are my Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars. These bars are packed with protein and Bob’s Red Mill Oats which are rich in dietary fiber and can help reduce cholesterol. And the best part for busy moms like me? Is that the bars are simple to whip up at the beginning of the week for a batch that will last through til Friday. Recipe courtesy of Holly Sosa from Our Holly Days.   Looking for something even easier? Try a Bob’s Bar for a wholesome nutrition bar made with oats, peanut butter and organic honey. Bob’s Bars are perfect as an on-the-go snack or even for breakfast.
