In a large saucepan, melt together coconut sugar, butter, milk, raspberry and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Use a spoon to drop cookies on either wax or parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow cookies to harden.
