These delicious Quinoa Bowls served Three Ways are packed with protein and great way to get your day started. These bowls are very versatile and any of our Organic Quinoa Grains can be used:  Tri-Colored Quinoa, Organic Red Quinoa, and Organic White Quinoa are interchangeable for these recipes.

Ingredients

Quinoa Yogurt Parfaits
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Quinoa see notes
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt use your preferred kind
  • Fresh Berries Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, ect
  • Seeds Pumpkin, Chia, Hemp Seed Hearts, ect
  • Drizzle of Honey
Banana Coconut Quinoa
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Quinoa cooked
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk or preferred milk substitute
  • Fresh Sliced Bananas
  • Dried Fruit raisins, cranberries, dates, apriocts, ect
  • Drizzle of Maple Syrup
  • Seeds Pumpkin, Chia, Hemp Seeds Hearts, etc.
  • Fresh Grated Ginger optional
Quinoa Breakfast Bowl
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Quinoa cooked
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Spinach
  • 1/3 cup Cooked Bacon or Sausage optional, can use veggie sausage if preferred
  • 1 Fried or Poached Egg
  • Salsa

Instructions

  1. For each bowl, add toppings to cooked quinoa and stir to incorporate. For the Breakfast Quinoa Bowl, you can warm your quinoa and spinach to the side of the pan where you’re cooking your sausage and/or egg. The warmth of the ingredients will wilt the spinach perfectly. You can also layer the warm sausage and egg on top of the spinach and quinoa.
