Raspberry Chocolate Protein Popsicles

A cool way to get in 10 grams of plant protein this summer. Full of red raspberries and probiotics, this is one summer treat you won’t mind your kids having lots of. This five ingredient popsicle is made in your blender and free of gluten, dairy, egg, soy, peanut and tree nuts. It’s also vegan! Recipe courtesy of Megan from Allergy Awesomeness.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana ripe
  • 12 oz frozen Raspberries
  • 1 cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk canned
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ⅓ cup Almond Protein Powder
  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2-3 tsp Maple Syrup or Agave if needed

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in your blender. Blend until everything is smooth. Taste and add the sweetener if needed.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and allow to freeze completely, 6 hours to overnight.
  3. When you're ready to serve, run warm water over the popsicle mold, until you can slide the popsicle out.
  4. Makes around 6 popsicles, depending on the size of your molds.
