Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
In another bowl stir together the milk, honey and yeast. Let foam for 5 minutes and then add eggs, vinegar and olive oil; stir. Add the dry ingredients slowly. Mix for about three minutes either by hand or in a mixer.
Grease the jumbo muffin pans (for rolls) or six hole puffy muffin crown pans (for hamburger buns) and divide the dough evenly between them. You will need 3 of either type of pan. Smooth tops of dough with wet spoon.
Let rise in a warm place for 15 to 20 minutes. Bake at 375°F for about 12 to 15 minutes or until tops are nicely browned. Remove rolls or buns from the pan and place on wire racks to cool.
