Ingredients

  • ½ large Onion, diced (about 137 g)
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Beef Broth (480 mL)
  • 1 cup Protein Oats
  • OR
  • Organic Protein Oats (144 g)
  • ½ tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • ½ tsp ground White Pepper
  • ½ tsp Celery Salt

Instructions

  1. In the pot of your rice cooker, sauté onion with olive oil. Once the onions are softened and slightly caramelized, add beef broth, oats, poultry seasoning, white pepper and celery salt. Stir, then cook according to the manufacturer's instructions for white rice. Enjoy hot from the pot.
