Slow Cooker Apple Pear Oatmeal

Slow Cooker Apple Pear Oatmeal

As fall and the new school year approach, starting breakfast the night before is an easy option to ensure full bellies and fueled brains the next morning.  Slow cooker oatmeal is a straight-forward method to ensure success.  The combination of apple and pear with the cinnamon and brown sugar was perfection!  I love that I can make a huge batch of this oatmeal and reheat individual servings throughout the week.  I think I could even freeze it in individual containers and reheat it that way.  Recipe courtesy of Kara Harvey from Happy Go Lucky Blog.
