As fall and the new school year approach, starting breakfast the night before is an easy option to ensure full bellies and fueled brains the next morning. Slow cooker oatmeal is a straight-forward method to ensure success. The combination of apple and pear with the cinnamon and brown sugar was perfection! I love that I can make a huge batch of this oatmeal and reheat individual servings throughout the week. I think I could even freeze it in individual containers and reheat it that way.
