Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang.
In a small mixing bowl stir together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter until combined. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and press down to shape into a crust.
In a large mixing bowl whisk together eggs, oil and water until well combined. Add the brownie mix and stir until the batter just comes together, do not overmix.
Pour batter over the prepared crust. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs.
Immediately top with an even layer of marshmallows. Broil or torch the marshmallows until toasted. Refrigerate until fully chilled before slicing and serving, about 2 hours.
