S’mores Oatmeal Bowl

Is there a better breakfast for a Sweetness Savorer than creamy oatmeal topped with melting chocolate, crunchy graham cracker crumbs and torched marshmallow fluff? We think not. The whole grain goodness of our Old Fashioned Rolled Oats add hearty flavor (as well as fiber and protein) to this indulgent dish.

Ingredients

Oatmeal
Toppings
  • 2 Tbsp Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1–2 Tbsp chopped Dark Chocolate or Chocolate Chips
  • 1–2 Tbsp graham cracker crumbs
  • Optional: a pinch of Flake Salt

Instructions

Oatmeal
  1. In a small pot, bring water and salt to a boil.
  2. Add oats and vanilla extract and reduce the heat to medium low. Cook, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes (or longer for creamier oatmeal).
  3. Remove from the heat and let stand for 2 minutes.
To Assemble
  1. Spoon hot oatmeal into your bowl of choice.
  2. Add marshmallow fluff using a piping bag or a spoon and very gently swirl it into the oatmeal.
  3. Using a kitchen torch, lightly torch the fluff until golden.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate and graham cracker crumbs over the top.
  5. For a salty-sweet crunch, finish with a pinch of flake salt and enjoy!
