Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (cut up into small pieces)
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water at room temperature
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1 Egg large, at room temperature
  • 3 cups Unbleached White All-Purpose Flour

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by manufacturer, adding sour cream with water.

    Recommended cycle: Basic/White bread cycle; medium/normal color setting.



    Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf (13 slices).
