Preheat oven to 375°F; line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour, seeds, salt and pepper. Add egg, oil and water and mix well to form a dough.
Place dough on a well-floured surface or between two pieces of parchment paper. Roll to 1/8-inch thick, cut to desired size, and carefully transfer to the prepared baking sheet, leaving 1/2-inch space between each crisp.
Bake until golden, about 12-14 minutes. Let cool completely and store in an airtight container.
