This Wheat Bran Cranberry Quick Bread is as tasty as it is easy to make—just mix, pour and bake! This bread can be sliced and enjoyed on the go, or served warm or toasted with butter.
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix together orange juice, milk, oil and egg.
In a separate bowl, combine wheat bran, flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, walnuts and cranberries.
Add dry mixture to wet and mix until just combined. Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until the bread is firm in the center.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then un-mold and cool thoroughly before slicing.
