Put the wet ingredients into the blender first and blend them well. Keeping the blender on low and using a funnel add in the flour. Close the lid and blend on highest setting until everything is incorporated. If the batter is too thick add more milk to get the consistency you prefer. Cook them up however you usually do.
Note: Using a funnel will keep the flour from globing up on the sides of the blender and help ensure complete flour incorporation. A non-stick pan is recommended and no oil/ or butter is needed.
